~To hold a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required within 14 days of making reservations.

~The balance of your rental fee, plus a security deposit of $200, is required 30 days before your arrival date.

~Check-in time is 4:00pm Check-out is 11:00am (These times may be modified to suit your needs if prearranged and no guests are immediately preceding or following your stay. Please contact us for further information.)
